Early morning structure fire

Maple Ridge, BC- Ridge Meadows RCMP is currently investigating an early morning structure fire at a building in the 22200 block of Lougheed Hwy.

At approximately 4:50 am on July 3, 2025, the Ridge Meadows RCMP were notified of a structure fire in the 22200 block of Lougheed Hwy, Maple Ridge.

Upon police arrival, Maple Ridge Fire and Rescue Services were already on scene.

Police can confirm that all occupants of the building were evacuated, and there were no injuries to report, and only minor damage to the building.

Police and Maple Ridge Fire and Rescue Services remained on scene for several hours investigating the cause of the fire.

Police are seeking witnesses or persons who may have camera footage from the area.
