Surrey RCMP is seeking witnesses to a pedestrian hit and run and appeal to a suspect driver to come forward, where the pedestrian was left with non life-threatening injuries.
On April 21, 2024 at 4:55 pm, Surrey RCMP responded to a report of a male pedestrian who had been struck by a passing vehicle near the 19100 block of 74 Avenue, Surrey. The man was treated at scene for non life-threatening injuries and was transported to hospital for further assessment.
The suspect vehicle is described as:
Thankfully the pedestrian was not seriously injured as a result of the collision, says Corporal James Mason, Media Relations Officer with Surrey RCMP. Police are urging the driver involved in the collision to do the right thing and come forward.
