On June 3, 2025, the Smithers RCMP issued a public request for assistance in identifying an individual in relation to a mischief investigation. As a result of media coverage and support from the public, the individual has now been identified.
As a result, the original media release and associated image have been removed.
We thank both the media and the public for their support.
