Police investigating suspicious death on Sintich Road

Prince George RCMP is currently on Sintich Road near Highway 97 south, investigating a suspicious death in the area. Police officers were called to the location shortly after 11:00 a.m. on Monday, November 20, 2023.

Investigators have Sintich Road blocked off from public and vehicle access between Granby Road and Highway 97 South. We are asking the public to find alternate routes through this area while we conduct our investigation. The roadway will be shut down for sometime yet as the investigation is in the beginning stages, states Cpl. Jennifer Cooper, Media Relations Officer for the Prince George RCMP.

The investigation is currently ongoing. Updates may be made as they come available.
