The Prince George RCMP’s Community Policing Unit, including the Victim Services Unit, is seeking new and dedicated volunteers to join their team.

We are grateful for our volunteers who have provided us with their amazing generosity and dedication over the years, and we are looking to expand this dedicated volunteer team in several key areas. says Cpl. Volunteers make such a difference. We are grateful for our volunteers who have provided us with their amazing generosity and dedication over the years, and we are looking to expand this dedicated volunteer team in several key areas.
To aid in their recruitment drive, the Community Policing and Victim Services Units will be hosting an information session at 10:30 a.m. on Saturday, June 15 at the Prince George RCMP Detachment located at 455 Victoria Street.
Areas in which we are looking for volunteers include:
Come and learn about the roles, the training provided, and the minimum commitments each role is seeking in their volunteers. Some requirements include: be at least 19 years of age, mature, and demonstrate good judgement; be able to obtain an RCMP Enhanced Reliability Security Clearance before volunteering; and have a valid Class 5 Driver’s License and provide a Driver’s Abstract upon acceptance and annually thereafter.
