Police Recover Stolen Golf Carts

On March 14th 2025, Sunshine Coast RCMP successfully recovered (4) golf carts after executing a search warrant without incident at a property in Sechelt, BC. The golf carts were reported as stolen out of the Lower Mainland and as a result of a joint police effort, they were located and secured; to be returned to the business.

Sunshine Coast RCMP officers acted swiftly upon receiving the information that led them to the location of the stolen golf carts. The operation was conducted safely and efficiently.

S/Sgt. Jennifer Prunty says, "Sunshine Coast RCMP detachment remains committed to deterring property crime; ensuring the safety of businesses & the public on the Sunshine Coast. The timely reporting of crime allows us to move as quickly as possible to retrieve stolen property and apprehend those responsible for these crimes.
