75 prohibited drivers caught by West Shore RCMP so far this year

In October, West Shore RCMP Frontline and Traffic Unit officers took 6 prohibited drivers off the streets in the West Shore. That brings the total to 75 prohibited drivers caught and charged by West Shore RCMP since January of this year.

There are several reasons why a driver may be prohibited ranging from poor driving record to drug and alcohol related offences and more.

If you are caught driving while prohibited under the Motor Vehicle Act, you can expect the following:

Getting your licence back will require you to take the Responsible Driving Program. West Shore RCMP would like to remind motorists to please drive with care and make sure you have the proper licencing.
