Sea to Sky, Whistler, Police Dog Services, Information Wanted

**Update February 22, 2024
On February 16, 2024 just after 4:00 p.m. Sea to Sky (Whistler) RCMP received a report of a male with a serious upper body injury. Whistler RCMP Members located the male near the Valley Trail in the area of Fitzsimmons Road and Nancy Green Way and were assisted on scene by the BC Ambulance Service and RCMP Police Dog Services. The male was subsequently transported to hospital.
The injured male is not cooperating with the Police investigation, and investigators do not believe anyone else to have been involved in this incident, said Constable Katrina Boehmer, Media Relations Officer for Sea to Sky RCMP. There is no threat to the public from this event, and out of respect for the injured person, no further details will be released.
