Property Found
On May 1, a camera was found in the 5100 Block of Brooks Rd, Halfmoon Bay. Owner may claim with a detailed description within 90 days. Please reference police file number 2025-2979.On May 5, a portable BBQ and fire pit was located in the 5200 Block of Sunshine Coast Hwy, Sechelt. Owner may claim with a detailed description within 90 days. Please reference police file number 3098.On April 17, a hockey bag with hockey equipment was located in the 5600 Block Hightide Ave, Sechelt. Owner may claim with a detailed description within 90 days. Please reference police file number 2627.
Broken Vehicle Window
On May 1, police received a report that a vehicle parked in the 5700 Block of Wharf Ave, Sechelt, had its right passenger window smashed and a pair of expensive sunglasses were stolen. No witnesses, video surveillance or evidence. Police are recommending the public to keep valuable items out of visual sight or locked up.On May 11, a vehicle in the 5700 Block of Dolphin St, Sechelt had its window broken. Nothing was stolen, no witnesses or surveillance. Anyone with any information about this incident is asked to contact RCMP, reference police file 2025-3268.On May 1, a vehicle in the 5700 Block of Wharf Ave, Sechelt had the passenger window smashed with items stolen including 2 radios and small tools valuing approximately $1000.00. No witnesses or surveillance in the area. Anyone with any information about this incident is asked to contact RCMP, reference police file 2025-2964.On May 15, a vehicle in the 5500 Block of Sechelt Inlet, Sechelt had approximately 50L of gasoline syphoned from the tank while parked. Theft
On May 18, a suspect stole a house key, a tumbler and boxes from an insecure vehicle parked in the 5000 Block Shorncliffe Ave, Sechelt BC. Anyone with any information about this incident is asked to contact RCMP, reference police file 2025-3483.On May 15, a suspect stole a pair of sunglasses an change that was in the vehicle in the 500 Block Abbs Rd, Gibsons. No surveillance or witnesses. Anyone with any information about this incident is asked to contact RCMP, reference police file 2025-3390.
