Cram the Cruiser and Lake Country Star

 The Lake Country RCMP has partnered with the Lake Country Food Bank, Salvation Army, and Citizens on Patrol for the annual toy drive this season. The annual Cram the Cruiser event will take place at the Santa Workshop located at George Elliot Secondary School, December 7 from 12 pm to 3 pm.Since 2012 over $50,000 in cash and checks with over 14500 pounds of items have been donated. Please join the Lake Country RCMP and help Cram the Cruiser with unwrapped toys and food donations on December 7rd at George Elliot Secondary School at 10241 Bottom Wood Lake Rd in Lake Country.


 Cst. Kerri Parish with her children, Mitchell and Jake will be lighting the Lake Country Star on Spion Kopp Mountain December 1 at 4pm. They have teamed up with Lake Country RCMP to assist with Cram the Cruiser and will be collecting unwrapped presents or donations December 1st from 4pm to 8pm at Apex Park at 13165 Apex Dr. Mitchel, Jake friends and family started the Lake Country Star in 2019 as way to lift community spirits during COVID 19. In 2023 Jake and Mitchell collected over 200 toys in support of Cram the Cruiser and the Salvation Army.

If you are unable to get the Lake Country Star light up December 1 or to Santa’s Workshop Dec 7 and wish to donate, Lake Country RCMP on Berry Rd and Royal lePage at 10058, Hwy 97 in Lake Country will also be accepting donations from now until Friday December 9, 2023. Unwrapped toys, food and cash and cheque donations for the food bank will be accepted.
