On January 2nd 2025, the BC Provincial Crown Prosecutor’s office approved six charges in relation to a motor vehicle Incident that occurred on July 9th, 2024 in Wilmer BC where three individuals were fatality injured.
Charged is Haley Watson of Columbia Valley BC. The charges are three counts of Impaired Operation of a Conveyance Causing Death and three counts of Dangerous Operation of Conveyance Causing Death.
Haley Watson’s first appearance in the Invermere Provincial Court was scheduled for January 13, 2025. His next court appearance is scheduled for February 10, 2025.
