Break and enter suspect arrested

On January 29th, 2025 at 1:15 am, police were called to a report of a break and enter to the Ocean Club Cafe restaurant located at 5665 Teredo Street in Sechelt.  Various items were stolen from the restaurant after the suspect entered through a side door.  Police conducted foot patrols of the area and located some of the stolen items on the waterfront walkway and in Friendship Park.

At 7:30 pm that same day, police arrested a 25 year old local Sechelt man for the offence, who is well known to police.  Two of the businesses iPad's are still unaccounted for.  If anyone has any further information related to this offence, they are asked to call the Sunshine Coast RCMP at 604-885-2266, file 25-646 relates.
