Langley

2025-04-01 11:18 PDT

File # 2025-9444

On April 1, 2025, at approximately 3:15 am, Langley RCMP responded to a residence that was reported to be on fire in the 19900 block of 76 Ave.

As the Township of Langley Fire Department arrived in the area, a second residence was reported to be on fire in the same neighbourhood. At approximately 5:30 am, a third residence was reported to be on fire in the 6900 block of 204 Street. Police can confirm that all three residences were abandoned and that they were slated for demolition.

Investigation into these fires are currently on-going and due to the close proximity to all of these incidents, we are treating this as suspicious in nature, said Sergeant Zynal Sharoom of the Langley RCMP.

If you were travelling in the area between 3:00 am to 6:00 am and you have dash camera footage, then please contact the Langley RCMP and quote file 2025-9444.
