File # 2025-99

On Monday, March 24, 2025 at 11:39 pm McBride RCMP responded to a report of a suspicious person running into traffic on Highway 16 East near Mountainview Estates. Police made extensive patrols made in the area but could not locate anyone.

Shortly before 2:00 am on March 25, 2025, police responded to an attempted break and enter at a residence along the same highway.

Security cameras at the home show an unknown male wearing a jacket with the hood up, something covering his face, a back pack, gloves, and long pants. The suspect was using a flash light to look into the windows while trying the door handles likely in an effort to gain access to the home. The suspect was unsuccessful and fled the area on foot.
