**UPDATE: Highway has re-opened** BC Highway Patrol is investigating a collision that has partially shut down Highway #1

BC Highway Patrol is currently investigating a collision that has partially shut down westbound traffic on Highway #1 at 264th Street.

The collision occurred on March 3, 2025, at 11:15 a.m. and involved a tractor-trailer and a sedan. The driver of the sedan has been taken to hospital with what appear to be minor injuries.

Road users should expect delays in the area until all the evidence has been gathered and the roadway is safe for travel. Please be alert and obey the direction of police and traffic control personnel at the scene.

Motorists are encouraged to monitor www.DriveBC.ca for detours and to learn when the roadway is fully reopened.
