Richmond RCMP celebrates 75 years of service at Doors Open Richmond

Richmond RCMP invites the community to join in a special celebration marking 75 years of dedicated policing in Richmond. As part of the 18th annual Doors Open Richmond, residents are invited to experience an insider’s view of policing at an outdoor open house held at the City Centre Community Policing Office, located at 6931 Granville Avenue, directly across from Richmond Fire Hall No. 1.

Time: 10:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m.

This year’s Doors Open Richmond is a special opportunity to showcase the many facets of community policing and reflect on 75 years of partnership with the people of Richmond, said Chief Superintendent Dave Chauhan, Officer-in-Charge of the Richmond RCMP.
