BC Highway Patrol is investigating a serious collision that has partially shut down Highway #1

BC Highway Patrol is currently investigating a collision that has partially shut down eastbound traffic on Highway #1 near 200th Street.

The collision occurred on January 30, 2025, at 6:20 a.m. and road users should expect major delays in the area until all the evidence has been gathered and the roadway is safe for travel. Please be alert and obey the direction of police and traffic control personnel at the scene.

Motorists are encouraged to monitor www.DriveBC.ca for detours and to learn when the roadway will reopen.

Four vehicles were involved and two people have been taken to hospital for non-life-threatening injuries.
