This Public Interest Notification is made under the Privacy Act of Canada.

Name: Taylor Dueck
Age: 30

• Approximately 175 lbs
• Medium complexion
• Blue eyes
• Brown hair, balding

The Kamloops RCMP Detachment has issued a public interest notification under the Privacy Act of Canada regarding a dangerous sex offender residing in the community of Kamloops. Taylor Dueck has been convicted of offences including:

• Sex Assault
• Sex Assault with weapon/threat/bodily harm
• Sexual interference of a person under 16

Taylor Dueck will be released into the community on probation after completing his Provincial sentence. He represents a serious and imminent risk to persons under the age of 16, including children.

Taylor Dueck is bound by a series of conditions of his probation which include, in part, the following:

• You must obey house arrest by being inside your residence, or on its property, 24 hours a day, every day.
• You must not go to any public park, public swimming area, community centre, theatre, daycare centre, school ground, or playground, where persons under the age of 16 years are present or can reasonably be expected to be present.
• You must not have any contact or communication, directly or indirectly, or be in the presence of any person under the age of 16 years.

Taylor Dueck will be subject to monitoring in order to ensure compliance with his conditions.

Anyone who sees or knows of Taylor Dueck violating any of these conditions is asked to call 9-1-1 immediately.
