In an effort to advance an investigation into an attempted break and enter into a residence, Surrey RCMP is sharing an image and video of the suspects involved.
On April 28, 2024 at approximately 11:36 am, Surrey RCMP responded to an attempted break and enter to a home in the 7200-block of 189 Street. Two men attended the front door of the residence and used a breaking and entering tool as well as physical force in their attempt to gain entry. They did not gain entry into the home and they fled from the property prior to police arriving on scene.
No audio.
When officers arrived on scene, they conducted extensive patrols in the area; however, the suspects were not located.
We believe this was a targeted, isolated incident and thankfully entry was not gained, says Corporal Sarbjit K. Sangha. This was a brazen daytime attempted break and enter into a home and we are sharing this image and video with the public in an effort to identify these two individuals.
