The Fort St John RCMP wish to thank the public for their participation in Coffee with a Cop hosted by the Farmhouse on Main on Wednesday, April 23, 2025.
The Fort St John RCMP were well represented with members on hand from the Indigenous Policing Service, plain clothes Serious Crimes Unit, frontline policing as well as a mental health clinician with the Car 60 program and a civilian member with Victim Services.

Fort St John RCMP officers and staff members had the opportunity to talk to various age demographics from children to seniors, from parents to professionals, including the mayor and two city council members.
Coffee with a Cop was a great opportunity to meet members of the community in a relaxed setting, said Sergeant Jaime Moffat, detachment commander for the Fort St John RCMP. It gave us the chance to answer questions, hear concerns, and share what we do—and most importantly, show that behind the uniform, we’re real people who care about the communities we serve.
