A man wanted on arrest warrants of out BC and Ontario was located and arrested without incident on November 3, 2023.
On August 30, 2023, the Sea to Sky RCMP (Squamish) requested the public's assistance in locating Eric "Dexter" McGillveray, 36. The original release with his image has been removed from the Squamish RCMP Newsroom as a result of the warrant execution.
Several agencies across Canada, including the Coquitlam RCMP, Ontario Police Service, and Ontario R.O.P.E Squad, were involved and assisted in the coordinated operation to get McGillveray into custody. The Sea to Sky RCMP (Squamish) would like to thank their partner agencies and the public for their assistance.
