Smithers RCMP are seeking a witness who may have information about an indecent act that occurred on Sunday, September 22, 2024 at the Bulkley Valley District Hospital.
Police have been told that a woman witnessed an indecent act in the women's washroom at the hospital. The incident was reported to hospital staff at the time, however the witness didn’t come forward to the police. Investigators would like to speak directly with the witness to gather more information about what was observed.
