On November 30th at 11:20 am, the Sunshine Coast RCMP responded to a call that a deceased male had been located on Branch 5 Forest Service Road north of Field Road in Wilson Creek.
There is no indication that the death is suspicious, although police are still investigating. The males family has been notified and no names will be released to the public.
The RCMP are seeking any dash cam, surveillance video or trail camera footage of any and all areas on Field Road as well as the Branch 5 forest service road between 2:30 pm on Friday November 29th, and Saturday at 1:30 am.
