Police Incident Leads to Lane Closures on Highway 99, North and South Lanes near Mud Bay Park

Surrey RCMP is advising the public of lane closures on the northbound and southbound lanes of the Highway 99 near Mud Bay Park, Surrey.

On July 11, 2023 at approximately 9:45 p.m. Surrey RCMP responded to an incident at Mud Bay Park, located at 130 Street and 48 Avenue, Surrey. As a result, Surrey RCMP has closed the North and South lanes of Highway 99, in and around Mud Bay Park.

Surrey RCMP is advising that Highway 99 will be closed, and there will be significant traffic congestion in the area. Please utilize exits for Highway 91, or King George Boulevard prior to arriving near Mud Bay Park.
