The North Cowichan / Duncan RCMP is seeking out witnesses in regards to a structural fire that occurred on December 6th at around 6:30 p.m. at the public washrooms located in 100 block of Canada Ave in Duncan. The Duncan Fire department was able to extinguish the fire, however significant damage remains.
