Criminality suspected in missing person investigation

The Vernon North Okanagan RCMP’s Serious Crimes Unit has taken conduct of the investigation of a missing Vernon resident, Blayne Keith Ferguson. Criminality is suspected in the sudden disappearance of 27-year old Ferguson who was last seen in Vernon on Thursday, September 21st, 2023.
Investigators are releasing a photo of Ferguson as well as a vehicle believed to be associated with this investigation, and are seeking information from the public.

Police are releasing the below image of a vehicle believed to be associated to this investigation. The vehicle is a 2003, blue, 4-door, Toyota Echo with BC license plate of SJ828K.

Investigators are specifically looking to speak to anyone who saw this vehicle, or has information about it’s whereabouts or activity between the afternoon of Thursday, September 21st and noon on Friday, September 22nd.

Anyone with information in regards to the whereabouts of Ferguson, or the vehicle above is asked to contact the Vernon North Okanagan RCMP at (250) 545-7171.
