Sooke Rd Shut down as emergency crews attend serious multi-vehicle collision

On April 24 at approximately 4:36 p.m. West Shore RCMP was called to the scene of a serious collision involving multiple vehicles near the 4000 block of Sooke Rd (Hwy 14) in Metchosin.

Sooke Rd was shut down in both directions at this location for approximately 2 hours as emergency crews attend the scene. The road was opened back up at 6:30 p.m. 

Thank you for your patience at emergency crews worked the scene.
