On Sunday, March 2, 2025 Lillooet-Lytton RCMP attended a residence in a community near Lytton. With the assistance of the South East District Emergency Response team, a search warrant was executed without incident. Multiple firearms and ammunition were located and seized during the search.
One man has been arrested and is being held in custody to attend court.
A larger than normal police presence was in the area today, however, there is no risk to public safety. This investigation remains ongoing.
