Langley RCMP want to reunite found cash with rightful owner

Langley

2025-03-17 11:48 PDT

File # 2025-7527

On March 15, 2025, a sizeable amount of cash was turned in to the Langley RCMP.

Investigation revealed that the cash was discovered on January 22, 2025 in the 7200 block of Springbrook Road in Langley.

We are hoping to reunite these funds with the rightful owner, said Sergeant Zynal Sharoom of the Langley RCMP. We are asking the rightful owner to come forward and explain themselves in detail so that the monies can be returned to them.

The general public is urged not to contact Langley RCMP and simply guess the total amount with the hopes of getting the cash - Making a false claim is a crime!

The owner who lost the cash is asked to contact the Langley RCMP at 604-532-3200 and quote file 2025- 7527.
