Liquor Store Robbery

Port Alberni, Can You Identify

Port Alberni RCMP are seeking the public’s assistance to identify 3 suspects in a Robbery at a liquor store that occurred on Sunday August 18th 2024.

On August 18th 2024 at approximately 10:30 pm, police responded to a 911 call from a local liquor store reporting a robbery with a knife. 3 suspects entered the store wearing face coverings, black clothing and carrying duffle bags.

Over $200.00 in liquor was stolen and when confronted by an employee, one of the suspects brandished a large knife. The suspects fled the location on foot. RCMP Forensic Identification Services (FIS) attended the scene, conducted an examination and seized evidence.

The Robbery was captured on security cameras and Port Alberni RCMP is asking for the public’s assistance to identify the suspects.
