Surrey RCMP is requesting public assistance in locating a missing person.
Scott Phillips was reported missing to police on September 29, 2024. He was last seen on September 27, 2024 at a business in the Park and Tilford Mall area in North Vancouver.
Police and family are concerned for Scott’s health and wellbeing.
Scott is described as:
OKAY
Scott may be driving his black Kia Sorento, British Columbia license plate WB354A and he is known to frequent the Cypress Mountain area.
Scott is an experienced outdoor enthusiast and he is known to camp in the backcountry says Sergeant Tammy Lobb. We are asking the public to keep an eye out for Scott and his vehicle in the backcountry, on trails, or on forest service roads, added Sgt. Lobb.
