Richmond RCMP hoping to reunite cremated remains with rightful custodian

On November 27, 2023 a package was left behind at the outbound international screening point of Vancouver International Airport (YVR). The package was turned over to Richmond RCMP. Once examined, the package was determined to contain cremated remains.

Richmond RCMP is asking the public to assist us in returning these remains with the rightful custodian. Anyone with information pertaining to this incident is asked to contact us at 604-278-1212 and quote file: 2023-41046.
